Terms of sales

I.Object :

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Company SARL SB CHOCOLATS and its Client in connection with the sale of the following goods: Chocolates, confectionery, biscuits, ice cream. Any service performed by SB CHOCOLATS SARL implies the unreserved acceptance of the actor in these general conditions of sale.

II. PRice

The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day of taking the order. they are denominated in euro and calculated net of taxes. As a consequence, they will be increased by the rate of VAT and transport costs applicable on the day of the order.

The company SARL SB CHOCOLATS agrees the right to change its rates at any time. However, she agrees to charge the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time of registration of the ordered.

III. discount
